This warranty, provided by our company outside of any legal obligation, reflects our confidence in the product you have just purchased.

To benefit from it, you must complete your subscription form (duly filled in),

Economical, safe, and environmentally friendly, online registration ensures your immediate enrollment.
You may also, if you prefer, send us your subscription form by post, with the appropriate postage.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
In the event of a claim, it will be required.

Our usage warranty:
1 – In the event of a chimney fire, our warranty applies in addition to the fire insurance policy you have otherwise taken out (home insurance).

2 – Our warranty will cover the deductible and/or depreciation costs that remain at your expense,
after compensation from your fire insurance, up to a limit of €3,000.

These warranties take effect from the 16th day after the date of product use.
Warranty period: 1 year. By sending the subscription form, you agree to use the product according to the recommended conditions.

Please note: non-use of the product is easily verifiable. If you have not used the product,
the aforementioned warranty and our liability cannot be invoked in the event of a claim.
